On behalf of our client a fast-growing women-led company redefining the online retail space were looking for a sharp proactive Operations Lead to drive efficiency lead remote teams and elevate performance across logistics sales customer service and tech.
About the Role:
Lead Cross-Functional Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations manage a global remote team and ensure seamless workflows across departments.
Optimize Systems & Processes: Streamline order fulfillment customer service and vendor management with a data-driven mindset and tech-forward approach.
Support Business Growth: Collaborate with leadership on strategies to enhance efficiency scalability and cost-effectiveness.
Manage Remotely with Impact: Champion collaboration clear communication and productivity within a fully distributed team.

Ideal Candidate:
Operations Pro: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Supply Chain Management or a related field. You bring experience leading operations in e-commerce or retail.
Strategic & Analytical: You thrive on optimizing systems solving problems and building scalable workflows.
Remote Team Leader: Proven success managing remote teams with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Tech-Savvy: Youre comfortable using platforms like NetSuite Shopify Trello and Microsoft Office.
Communicator: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead and support remote team members across departments
Analyze and improve operational workflows and systems
Oversee logistics vendor relations and customer service operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes with company goals
Identify opportunities for automation cost reduction and growth
Ensure smooth internal communication and team coordination
