Job Description
The City seeks a full time Oracle Apex full stack developer to support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams for the City. Candidate must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Exp in yrs Consultant Experience Consultant LAst Used Oracle Apex full stack developer including gathering requirements developing and implementing browser-based applications using Application Express Required 10 Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex; Required 10 Experience in developing scripts in SQL PLSQL for data conversion data migration Required 10 Experience in developing External Tables Joins Indexes and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed. Required 10 Query optimization performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace Explain Plan Indexing Hints Bulk Binds Bulk Collect Required 10 Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment. Required 10 Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment using APEX reporting tools Required 10 Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects Required 10 Questions No. Question Consultant Answer Question1 Commonwealth of Virginia security policies prohibit the use of offshore IT contractors.
