Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chassis-System Architect with strong technical expertise in software development combined with solid business acumen to address RFQs and secure new projects. The ideal candidate will lead the design development and validation of advanced chassis systems translating customer needs and market trends into detailed technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer requirements and market trends into technical specifications for chassis features such as suspension steering braking and vehicle dynamics.

  • Oversee the end-to-end development and validation of chassis systems to meet performance safety and quality standards.

  • Lead and mentor system engineers in deriving system requirements from technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chassis systems with other vehicle domains.

  • Support pre-sales activities including responding to RFQs and contributing to winning new projects.

Requirements:

  • 10 15 years of experience in chassis system architecture development and validation.

  • Strong technical background in software development for automotive systems.

  • Proven business acumen to address RFQs and support project acquisition.

  • Expertise in suspension steering braking and vehicle dynamics.

  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
