Job Description
Genesis Medical Center Davenport is looking for a locums Dermatologist to fill their need!
Schedule:
- Patient Contact Hours:
- Clinic Days: Monday to Friday
- Shifts per month: variable PRN locum search
- Clinic Hours: 0800-1700
- On Call: No
- Number of Physicians: 1
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 1 pending offer just accepted
- Supervision of APP(s) expected: No
- Nursing Support: 2:1
- Services offered in the practice: All general dermatology services including biopsies skin checks all dermatologic conditions excluding Mohs
- Exam Rooms per provider: 2
- Lab & Pharmacy: No
- Clinical Provider Daily Volume: 30
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes
- EMR: Cerner
- Teaching opportunity: If desired do have FP residency program
General Dermatology care in a clinic setting. Medical staff at hospital is required in case infusions are ordered at the infusion center
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly
- Holiday Hourly
- Overtime
- Holiday Overtime
- Conversion fee ($25k rate cap)
Requirement description :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ (must upload a copy of LOQ at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Residency in Dermatology - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
