Job Description
Lead the Quality department and provide guidance in daily tasks.
Initiate and encourage continuous improvement cul-ture and use of best practice and work procedures.
Cooperate with project team of NPI projects.
Initiate lead and encourage Six Sigma-Projects to ensure continuous improvement through all depart-ments.

Ensure that delivered parts fulfil customers specifi-cations and expectations.
Follow up and support local vendors to ensure cus-tomers specifications are met.
Develop local Quality Management system that are aligned with the global Integrated Management System.
Play an active role in developing the quality commu-nity in and cross factory alignments and knowledge sharing.
Drive the local Audit program to ensure continued improvements in the local and global quality sys-tem.

Plan and host external audits from authorities cus-tomers etc.
