Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design planning and execution of facility improvement projects ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Create and update facility and equipment layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Oversee operation maintenance and upgrades of HVAC systems mechanical utilities and building infrastructure.
- Manage power distribution systems including electrical load analysis panel schedules and capacity planning.
- Implement and maintain automation and controls systems for manufacturing processes and building equipment.
- Collaborate with manufacturing maintenance and project teams to ensure facility systems support production needs.
- Evaluate and manage vendors contractors and service providers for facility-related projects.
- Conduct preventive maintenance planning and reliability improvements for facility equipment.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives through energy efficiency automation upgrades and process optimization.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Facilities Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for facility and equipment design.
- Experience with HVAC mechanical systems and power distribution in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of controls and automation systems for manufacturing and facilities equipment.
- Solid understanding of building codes OSHA standards and safety regulations.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Project management experience for capital improvement or facility upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable facility design.
