How Youll Make an Impact

  • Design and evaluate electrical systems wiring schematics and logic for transformer controls.

  • Prepare technical documentation including specifications BOMs panel layouts and assembly drawings.

  • Lead investigations into technical issues and develop actionable solutions.

  • Analyze customer requirements and contribute to product development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex challenges.

  • Drive initiatives that improve operations and elevate customer experience.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Automation Engineering or related field.

  • 25 years of experience in control systems automation or transformer technologies.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD CREO and E3; experience with Windchill or PLM software is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with panel design wiring schematics and control cabinet troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with SCADA IEC 61850 and motor drive programming.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and engineering best practices.
