Standard Fleet is well-funded and backed by some of Silicon Valleys top investors. We were founded by David Hodge who previously founded Embark. At Embark the team built a popular transportation app used by millions which was eventually sold to Apple.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive operational excellence and financial rigor across Standard Fleet. Reporting to our Head of Business Operations youll build the foundational systems and processes that will enable us to scale from high-growth startup to market leader in fleet management software for the electric era.

In this role you will partner closely with our Head of Business Operations to ensure processes across all functions of the company run smoothly and efficiently. Youll own critical business workflows spanning finance compliance partnerships and customer operationsdirectly impacting how we serve fleets across rental rideshare leasing finance and insurance verticals. This is a rare opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a rapidly scaling company while working directly with customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain our financial model including monthly revenue projections burn tracking quarterly scenario planning and management of external financial relationships (R&D credits tax accounting).

• Drive payment operations and compliance from strategy to execution including failed payment procedures customer verification processes and contract optimization.

• Deeply understand our business by engaging with customers and internal teams to inform financial modeling operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

• Manage our ecosystem partnerships pipeline evaluating opportunities and creating materials for strategic partners including OEMs charging networks and insurance providers.

• Ensure smooth cross-functional operations by maintaining prioritization alignment between business needs and engineering resources.
