Job Description
Position: Project Manager
Duration: 1 year
Location: Saint Paul MN (Some positions may need to be local. There may be times where being in the Minnesota office is required.)
Sample Tasks
- Provide leadership and strategic vision for assigned projects.
- Provide clear and attainable project plans and work tasks.
- Create and manage project constraints of scope time cost and risk.
- Develop and foster effective communications among all stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility reviews of potential new services and contributing partners.
- Manage project changes as required.
- Ensure business objectives are met.
Sample Skills/Requirements
- Three (3) years of Project Management experience.
- One (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams Skype SharePoint etc.
- Project Management certification such as: PMP CAPM and PMI-ACP.
- Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with all aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) lifecycle Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Product Management Lifecycle (PML).
- Experience with different project methodologies such as Waterfall Agile etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills across IT and business areas.
- Ability to effectively facilitate lead and communicate across the organization (IT and business) and within teams.
