Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in our West Springfield MA office. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for providing customer service quoting policies being a trusted resource and building relationships for a select group of existing customers.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. As a growing agency we are looking for a team-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the insurance industry is not required but is preferred. Experience in customer service is preferred as well. We are located in West Springfield MA and are only looking for local candidates who are comfortable coming in to the office every day. We are not willing to pay relocation expenses.
