Customer Account Representative
Location: Cincinnati OH
Salary: $28 $32 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Position Overview:
A Customer Account Representative serves as the main point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships managing client accounts and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage client accounts ensuring all needs and expectations are met.
Provide timely updates on project progress and deliverables.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in account management customer service or related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
