Flexible Nursery Practitioner
Level 2 - Up to 13.50
Level 3 - Up to 15.50
Were currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for temporary roles across Reading and Wokingham. Whether youre looking for occasional cover shifts or block bookings we have ongoing opportunities to suit your schedule!
What Youll Do
- Support childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Build warm nurturing relationships with children families and nursery teams
- Adapt easily to different nursery settings and follow their daily routines
- Create safe inclusive and engaging environments for children aged 05
- Maintain safeguarding health and safety and confidentiality standards
What Were Looking For
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Level 3 welcome!)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence to work flexibly across different nurseries and client sites
- A proactive reliable attitude and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to travel between locations (driving licence desirable but not essential)
