Nursery Manager Level 3 Early Years Up to 42000


Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their beautiful purpose-built nursery on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). Designed to inspire curiosity creativity and a love of learning the setting offers well-equipped indoor spaces and a vibrant outdoor area where children can explore and play. This role is perfect for a confident leader who can combine operational excellence with a nurturing inclusive approach that helps both children and staff to thrive.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) essential.
  • Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
  • Strong leadership organisational and communication skills.
  • A positive professional and child-centred approach to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring exceptional care and education.
  • Lead support and inspire the team to deliver a stimulating safe and inclusive environment.
  • Oversee curriculum planning in line with the EYFS framework and the nurserys creative learning ethos.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards safeguarding requirements and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage budgets occupancy and resources effectively to meet operational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families staff and external partners.
  • Drive staff development through mentoring training and regular performance reviews.
