Nursery Manager Up to 35000

What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) essential.
- Proven Nursery Manager experience in an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted standards and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.
- A positive professional and inclusive approach to managing people and practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the nursery ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Oversee curriculum planning and ensure activities are in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and all safeguarding requirements.
- Recruit mentor and develop staff fostering a positive collaborative working culture.
- Build strong relationships with children families and external partners.
- Monitor occupancy budgets and resources to meet operational and business goals.
