MISSIONS
Au sein de la Division la mission du Directeur Associ Stratgie et Oprations est de soutenir le directeur de Division dans le dploiement oprationnel de sa vision et gouvernance
Au niveau stratgique :
o Assurer la veille sur les activits pipeline de la Division qui ont un impact
commercial ainsi que lidentification prospective des opportunits commerciales des nouvelles indications ou nouveaux mdicaments dont larrive sur le march franais est envisage post plan triennal. A cet effet le Directeur Associ Strat & Ops sera en charge de la construction du business case en ayant pralablement identifi les paramtres cls et recueilli toutes les informations ncessaires auprs des parties prenantes internes (autres fonctions comme par exemple la Direction Mdicale RCO les Affaires rglementaires laccs au march Finances ou BIA ainsi que les fonctions globales concernes) et externes (dont les socits savantes ou groupes cooprateurs intervenant dans la pathologie concerne). Il aura la charge de la prparation des diffrents scnarios de mise sur le march de ces nouvelles indications ou nouveaux mdicaments en vue de dcisions qui seront prises en LTOH en CSP ou au COMEX.
o Le Directeur Associ Strat & Ops aura galement la charge de la veille
technologique et de lidentification de projets innovants stratgiques en ligne avec nos objectifs produits/indications (en particulier les innovations autour de lIA).
o Coordonner les projets stratgiques cross-BUs
Au niveau oprationnel :
o Assurer la gestion de lalignement des activits mtier ventes des Brand Teams en particulier le suivi du respect de la Charte des Activits Promotionnelles ;
o Assurer lalignement des stratgies et tactiques marketing au sein de la Division ;
o Assurer la gestion et la coordination des revues de performance pour la Division ;
o Assurer la consolidation des tableaux de suivi au primtre de la Division des
indicateurs de performance cls (KPI) ;
o Assurer la gestion et le dploiement des nouveaux projets au sein de la Division (tels que NCM CE^3 etc) ;
o Coordonner la mise en place des programmes de formation et de dveloppement au sein de la Division ;
o Planifier les activits annuelles de la Division (dont les runions nationales dont ilassurera la supervision et la qualit de la mise en oeuvre) ;
o Grer dans le parfait respect des procdures internes et externes lensemble des lments contractuels pour les sous-traitants incluant le suivi budgtaire affrent. Et notamment :
Est lexpert en gestion de projet pour le suivi des projets BU
Est un membre des gouvernances de la Division pour le suivi des runions et de loptimisation des organes de gouvernances notamment la Leadership Team (compte-rendu suivi des dcisions )
Peut reprsenter le Directeur de la Division dans diffrentes runions (dont runions de suivi qualit rglementaire)
Participe activement la mise en place et lanalyse de projets transverses inter Division et Cross Division
Contrle les dpenses budgtaires de la Division et propose les projections au Directeur de la Division.
