POSITION PURPOSE:
Colorado State University Athletics and RevelXP are seeking candidates for an internship in the Ticket Sales department located in Fort Collins CO.
The internship program will support full-time staff in maximizing revenue and creating fan experiences for ticketed sporting events such as Football Mens & Womens Basketball etc.
This internship is a flexible Monday Friday and requires work on occasional weekends/gamedays. Schedule will be customized based on CSU Athletic Events.
MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Learn and execute sales processes
- Make outbound calls to Single Game buyers Group buyers and Season Ticket members
- Maintain an organized profile of ticket holders and prospects
- Research and generate group sales leads in the Ft. Collins/Denver area
- Gain understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies
- Assist in servicing group ticket holders and other clients
- Assist the sales staff regarding their clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- An interest in Sports and the Sport Industry
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to present themselves well to others
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- At least one year of advanced education working towards a degree
