Job Description
At Penn Power Group we know that our success starts with our people. Were looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions including employee relations benefits administration compliance and onboarding. If youre detail-oriented organized and passionate about creating a positive workplace this role is for you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage onboarding offboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Provide HR support on policies employee relations and compliance.
- Assist with payroll benefits and leave administration.
- Support performance reviews training programs and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in HR including HRIS management (Paylocity preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Efficient problem solving and decision-making when any human resources issues arise.
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
