Key responsibilities
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees including preparing welcome packets organizing orientation sessions coordinating paperwork and helping new hires settle in.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records and HR databases filing HR documents and assisting with report generation.
- Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries help address basic employee concerns and escalate more complex issues to HR management as needed.
- General HR Support: Assist with other HR functions including recruitment efforts coordinating interviews creating and posting job ads and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR department and overall business operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Additional Information :
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $14.94 - $18.40 / hour DOE. This position offers a flexible schedule.
