Job Listing: POS Systems Specialist

Location: We are seeking an experienced POS Systems Specials for BJCC Legacy Arena and Proactive Stadium in Birmingham LA.
Principal Function:
Deploy workstations servers printers scanners firewalls encryption systems and appliances
security systems.
Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers multiple databases and
during data transfer in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding
privacy security and regulatory compliance. Perform Data Entry for the Purchasing Department
Perform and test routine system backups and restores.
Anticipate mitigate identify troubleshoot and correct hardware and software issues on servers
and workstations; Respond to outages or system downtime efficiently and effectively.
Set up handout and collect POS devices after events.
Analyze system server application network and input/output device performance.
Recommend schedule and perform software and hardware upgrades patches and
reconfigurations as directed by corporate IT.
Conduct research on emerging products services protocols and standards in support of
systems software procurement and development efforts.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling POS devices transactions
