We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Histology Biomedical Scientist to join our client in Manchester. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in paediatric histopathology looking to contribute their expertise within a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for performing a range of histopathological procedures with a focus on paediatric samples. You will ensure accurate analysis and reporting maintain laboratory equipment and adhere to all relevant health and safety standards. You will also contribute to quality assurance processes and collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.
Qualifications and Experience
HCPC registration
Experience within paediatric histopathology is essential
Minimum 6 months experience working as a Band 5 Biomedical Scientist in a hospital setting
Completion of a Biomedical Scientist portfolio
