Job Description
Living Sky School Division is a great place to work and committed to achieving and maintaining a fair and representative workforce. Applications are now being accepted for the following: Temporary Full-Time Secretary at McKitrick Community School to commence as soon as possible. Position hours are seven (7) hours daily from Monday through Friday.

Summary of Position
The School Secretary provides expert administrative support including secretarial financial management reception and clerical duties to advance the needs of staff students and a School Secretary you will be the hub of the school and will be responsible for directing the flow of activities and will play an integral role in the smooth and effective operation of the school including demonstrating the values of Living Sky School Division and your school community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Office Administration Certificate or Diploma program or a grade 12 education with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced level technical/computer skills (ie. Microsoft Suite)
- Functional proficiency/experience with typical accounting software (ie. Quickbooks)
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract with access to a reliable vehicle
