We are seeking a reliable self-motivated Driver & Sales Representative to join our vending company. This dual-role position involves restocking and servicing vending machines across various locations while also promoting products upselling and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized customer-focused and capable of working independently to achieve operational and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Vending Machine Service
- Drive a company vehicle to assigned locations on a daily route.
- Load unload and restock vending machines with products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines are clean organized and fully operational.
- Perform basic maintenance and report technical issues or damages.
- Accurately record product usage and cash/coin collections.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during site visits.
- Recommend product selections based on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Communicate promotions and new offerings to customers.
- Scout for potential new vending locations and provide leads to the sales team.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in sales route driving or vending is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using mobile devices or route tracking software.
- Drive a company vehicle to assigned locations on a daily route.
- Early morning starts and flexible schedule may be required.
- Exposure to various weather conditions while loading/unloading.
