The Walmart Finance Senior Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving financial planning analysis and decision support for the Walmart membership business. This role partners closely with cross-functional teamsincluding eCommerce Merchandising and Operationsto deliver actionable insights optimize business performance and support growth initiatives. The Senior Manager leads the development of forecasts budgets and long-range plans and provides financial guidance on new membership initiatives. The Walmart Finance Senior Manager is a key member of the Walmart Finance team responsible for financial planning forecasting and analysis and strategic support for the Walmart membership program. This role partners with business leaders to drive growth optimize profitability and ensure sound financial decision-making across the Walmart program. Key responsibilities:
- Develop annual budgets forecasts and long-range financial plans for Walmart.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business initiatives benefit launches and growth strategies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health of the Walmart business.
- Prepare and present financial results forecasts and business cases to senior leadership.
- Support the evaluation of new business models partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies controls and reporting requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
