About the Role
Were looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team working on the MediaOS product within IQVIA Digital. MediaOS is the worlds most comprehensive platform for healthcare marketing and analytics. It is changing the way Healthcare Marketing is done by leveraging latest cloud-native solutions efficient big data pipelines processes and technologies. We work with the largest pharmaceutical brands and media agencies in the US. We empower media planning buying and analytics teams with the tools they need to do their job and do it well. By simplifying workflows that used to take days into seconds integrating functionality that used to require multiple vendors into one and providing faster and deeper insights than anyone in the industry we are helping healthcare marketers cut their costs move faster and drive measurable results.
In this role youll be responsible for both manual and automated testing of our cloud-based web platform which enables healthcare marketers to create audiences from clinical data activate advertising campaigns and measure their impact.
Youll work closely with developers product managers and fellow QA engineers across time zones in a collaborative Agile environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 25 years of experience who is passionate about quality automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements to derive comprehensive test cases.
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans for web applications and backend services.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver.
- Validate APIs using tools like Postman and perform SQL-based data verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Document test results track defects and contribute to risk assessments and lessons learned.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

What Were Looking For
- Experience: 25 years in software quality assurance with a mix of manual and automated testing.
- Skills: Strong Python scripting experience with Selenium and solid understanding of SQL.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
