- Support the Commercial Claims team to implement strategies programs and practices to achieve a lean productive and efficient business
- Brisbane or Sydney CBD location / hybrid wfh
- 6 month role
The Business Design Advisor will provide expert advice consultation and thought leadership on business initiatives that make a real difference to customer and employee experiences and improve business efficiency. The role engages directly with the business on their most important and challenging business issues - understanding addressing and solving their priority operational pain points
What youll do:
- Utilise design thinking process redesign/reengineering digital and data analytics and management operating systems to enhance business processes
- Lead business improvement initiatives and participate in the redesign of processes and systems to improve workflow and performance across the Commercial Claims business
- Partner with various stakeholder groups to bring new ideas motivation and positive support to all levels of the team
- Collaborate with counterparts to organise design and conduct process optimisation activities to improve business efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial Claims business and Tribe in diagnostics planning future state design and implementation planning on key initiatives.
What youll bring:
- Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent Desired
- Demonstrated continuous improvement experience with practical knowledge of various tools and techniques to support stakeholders and effectively influence at all levels to achieve the right outcomes
- Possess strong Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills that can translate operational improvements into financial impact customer and people impact
- Experience leading workstreams in continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in process-led strategic business transformation.
