Job Description
Role: Tech Ops / Sales Support CPaaS & Whatsapp business API
Location: Noida
Experience: 25 years
Function: Pre-sales Post-sales & Technical Coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales team with technical inputs during client pitches (WhatsApp Business API SMS Voice RCS etc.)
Coordinate with BSPs (Business Solution Providers) telcos and partners (Meta operators) for service enablement and approvals
Handle onboarding processes: template approvals sender verification API documentation and integration support
Monitor uptime platform health and basic incident management with product /engineering teams
Assist in client training UAT support and post-sale configuration queries
- operator coordination payment PR generation etc
