What youll be doing
The Pension Benefits & Wellbeing team part of Rewards Recognition & Performance within Human Resources supports the design development and implementation of the holistic wellbeing strategies that will demonstrate that CIBC truly cares about the Wellbeing of its employees. As a Senior Consultant Pension Benefits & Wellbeing you will consult analyze and support the design delivery and promotion of all of CIBCs wellbeing programs and offerings across all key areas of wellbeing including mind finances body and life. Using data and analytics you will help evaluate program and strategy effectiveness drive insights to help advance the strategy/programs and present CIBCs holistic wellbeing approaches to management and team members. You will establish strong relationships with 3rd party vendors to enable you to negotiate related contracts manage performance and ensure quality program outcomes.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
