Job Description
The Role
As a Senior SAP BI Consultant at SQLI youll be the go-to expert turning complex data into powerful insights. Youll design and maintain BW and SAC environments craft impactful reporting visualizations and work side-by-side with everyone from end-users to C-level executives.
You wont just deliver solutions youll lead full life cycle projects mentor rising talent and drive both functional and technical excellence.
Most of your work will be in Belgium with occasional opportunities to take your expertise abroad. At SQLI youll drive our BI excellence forward by sharing your expertise mentoring others and helping the entire team reach new heights.

Requirements
SQLI stands for quality so to give our clients the best service our consultants need to posses the following requirements:
- As we are looking for a senior profile we aim for someone with 10 years of experience with SAP BI
- We are looking for someone with great communication and soft skills to interact on a high professional level with our clients
- Therefore professional proficiency in English Dutch and/or French is a must
- At least 4 years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAC
- Several years of experience in a corporate context
- Being able to manage projects with teams from 5 to 10 people
- Consulting skills
- Key user training
- Business requirements gathering
- Able to discuss with business stakeholders including management
- Customer oriented
- Mentor junior profiles
- Project management skills: Agile SCRUM PMI.
These requirements are definitely a plus:
- Experience with SAP BPC
- Teaching experience to end-users and consultants
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of BI Governance
- Excellent modeling skills with HANA.
