Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Test Lead you will:
- Develop high-level system testing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and implement test plans aligned with organizational policies and project goals.
- Manage resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all test-related outputs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to secure sign-off on test phase deliverables.
- Lead risk identification and analysis sessions to inform test planning and control.
- Provide timely and relevant test status updates and metrics to stakeholders including clients.
- Identify skill and resource gaps within the test team and assist in sourcing appropriate talent.
- Foster clear communication within the test team and across project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
- Define and agree on entry/exit criteria for each test phase.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs and test processes.
- Work with GTS stakeholders and vendors to enhance infrastructure systems and processes.
- Recommend tools for test automation and management to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure test environments are ready and available.
