Atria Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen organizing and maintaining assigned section of the kitchen effectively
• Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail
• Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Maintain strong food safety and property standards
• Role includes a dinner shift with responsibilities concluding at 1:00 AM.

IRD Position Summary:

• Collaborate with our Ladies and Gentlemen to efficiently organize and maintain your assigned section of the in-room dining kitchen.
• Serve food in accurate portions and appropriate containers ensuring attention to detail for seamless in-room delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support smooth operations throughout each service period.
• Prepare and present all dishes to meet and exceed guest expectations for in-room dining experiences.
• Anticipate and understand guest preferences to provide personalized exceptional service with every order.
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards specific to in-room dining and hotel property guidelines.
• Work within a three-shift rotation schedule: morning afternoon and night.

About you:

• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
• Passion for the industry
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Full working rights in Australia (required)
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
