Job Description
Consolidated Management specializes in on-site food service management concentrating on small to mid size cafeterias located in colleges correctional facilities and corporate businesses. As our Sous Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation at the location. You will be an integral part of ensuring that everyone is served and safety practices are executed to the highest level.
This management position will be responsible for budgeting policies menus ordering staffing and supervision of personnel.
Responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experiences for our tenants delivered with a high level of customer service consistent with regulations and established policies procedures and best practices
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team
- Scheduling labor
- Controlling profit and loss
- Maintaining inventory
- Ordering food and supplies
- Cooking daily meals of quality
- Building rapport with the client
- Ensuring excellent service
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in the food service industry is required
- Prior culinary experience required
- Must be able to pass a background check.
