Specialist Supplier Development Engineer
Location: Bucharest
Specialist Supplier Development Engineer
Workplace: BucharestWhat to expect:
The objective of the service is to help ensure the conformity of POEs delivered to plants by conducting quality and/or industrial process activities at potential suppliers at risk or penalizing in the Upstream Project and/or Series Production phases.
Risk assessments and quality and/or process diagnostics must be carried out at supplier sites.
The robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by suppliers must be assessed.
At our suppliers final manufacturing sites from the PT wave through to series industrialization (SOP) in the project activity.
Monitor the quality results of the processes for which he/she is responsible alert and propose solutions in the event of deviations.
OSA FW 8D audits technical visits to suppliers as part of supplier improvement.
Produce the report after the audit at the suppliers premises.
Work as part of a team with the SSDs and report progress to the Project Supplier Quality Manager & Project Manager.
What you bring along:
- Be familiar with schedules and know how to adhere to them.
- Have knowledge of RGPQP (PPAP) procedures
- Be familiar with ISO standards standards (reading 2D plans)
- Knowledge of process documentation (Monitoring Plan / Manufacturing and Control Synopsis / Layout Plan / FMEA Process / Manufacturing ranges)
- Knowledge of control methods and Control & Manufacturing Resources
- Knowledge of business technology: SMT PCB Process auditor ESD risks Electrical safety standards Software development & calibration logic
Specific knowledge:
- General knowledge of automotive technology
- Drivers license B
