ISP International Opportunities Programme Coordinator- Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The main purpose of this fixed term role is to support with aligning the pillars of ISP Student Strategy to ensure that we are delivering initiatives and toolkits in a streamlined and easily digestible way to our schools and to lead on the creation delivery and evolution of a reward and recognition programme which meets the needs of all ISP schools.
ISP Futures is our unique offering of experiences competencies guidance and scholarships that equip and empower our students and families with the curiosity and confidence to reach their destination of choice wherever that may be.
ISPs International Opportunities for Students sits within ISP Futures and (ILOS) is a centrally curated set of programmes that provides our students with a wide range of innovative best-in-class intercultural learning opportunities. Through these programmes students find their passions while developing a range of life competenciesand that are central to becoming positive active global citizens and supporting them to reach their destination of choice beyond their time with ISP.
This role is fixed term 6 months and for candidates who are currently based in UK.

ISP International Opportunities Programme Coordinator Key Responsibilities
  • Clean analyse and report on programme data such as registrations and evaluations using Excel PowerBI and Qualtrics to develop executive summaries.
  • Build a community of champions to help support and run these programmes within regions and schools ensuring they have the support materials required to be successful.
  • Develop operational guides for hosting and group travel experiences collaborating with multiple stakeholders and Senior Leadership Teams to enable regions and schools to create their own experiences.
  • Work with the ILOS Central team and the Safety and Safeguarding Team to ensure that ISPs Health and Safety and Child Protection policies are implemented.
  • Summarize outcomes from a series of school workshops in Heads Up summary reports to be shared with Senior Leadership Teams globally.
  • Work closely with relevant partner organisations to ensure a mutually beneficial working relationship with clear lines of communication and well-organised initiatives and accountability.
  • Develop and manage a virtual exchange matching system for classrooms registered in the programme to foster intercultural connections.
  • Coordinate and manage the migration of Canva files between accounts to support content transition and maintenance.
  • Maintenance of database for the team.
  • Support with strategic projects with wider ISP Futures and Learning & Innovation teams.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree and teaching qualification (preferable)
  • Data cleaning analysis and reporting using Excel PowerBI and Qualtrics
  • Development of operational and guidance materials for multi-stakeholder collaboration
  • Summarizing and reporting outcomes from workshops and programmes to senior leadership
  • Designing and managing simple systems such as virtual exchange classroom matching
  • Coordinating digital content migration and management (e.g. Canva)
  • Experience working with and organising external suppliers as needed
  • A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset and experience working in an international environment both as a lead and collaboratively in a team
  • Project management experience with IT literacy and good organisational skills
  • Experience in educational programme or student exchange design and administration
  • Fluent English speaker (Spanish or other languages favourable)
  • Able to work independently to plan and deliver change
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build relationships
