Were looking for a dynamic and ambitious Car Sales Executive ready to join a thriving dealership in South Croydon where success is rewarded and your earning potential is unlimited. This is your chance to work with an energetic supportive team selling sought-after new and used cars with all the training tools and career growth opportunities you need to smash targets and boost your income to 50k OTE!
What youll do:
- Sell new and used cars through a proven structured process
- Help customers choose the right model showcasing features and finance options
- Carry out engaging test drives that close sales
- Manage your diary and appointments effectively
- Keep customer records updated quickly and accurately
- Maintain a smart professional appearance at all times
What were looking for:
- Ideally 2 years car sales experience (but ambitious newcomers will be considered)
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Professional confident and customer-focused
- Excellent communication skills and a hunger to hit targets
Whats on offer:
- Basic salary 21k27k OTE 50k60k
- MondaySaturday 8:30am6pm with Sunday and one weekday off
