Summary
The Senior Performance and Reward (P&R) Specialist will design develop and implement various total reward initiatives across Sportsbet ensuring market competitiveness and alignment to Sportsbet and Flutter Entertainments strategy. The position will work closely with P&C Leadership Team for the delivery and implementation of related P&R activities providing high quality advice and recommendations.

About the Role
As a key member of our People & Reward team youll lead the design and delivery of performance and reward strategies that drive employee engagement and aligns with Sportsbets business objectives. Youll bring deep expertise in performance remuneration benefits and global mobility and use data-driven insights to shape impactful outcomes. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency youll leverage tools like AI Copilot and data visualisation platforms to enhance decision-making and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance and reward strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage equity based incentive programs and our employee share purchase plans.
- Conduct remuneration benchmarking across executive and employee populations.
- Design and manage job architecture frameworks to support effective reward outcomes.
- Oversee benefits and global mobility programs ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Utilise data visualisation tools to present complex data in clear actionable formats.
- Leverage AI and Copilot technologies to improve process efficiency and insight generation
About You

- Subject matter expertise Deep knowledge across all areas of People & Reward with a proven track record in reward program design and delivery.
- Advanced technical capability Proficient in Excel Power BI and HRIS platforms (ideally Workday) with experience in AI and Copilot tools.
- Systems thinker Skilled in automation data visualisation and process improvement.
- Analytical and detail-oriented Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
- Strategic and adaptable Thrives in fast-paced environments able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
