Job Description

TUESDAY 10 AM - 6 PM
WEDNESDAY 10 AM - 6 PM
THURSDAY 10 AM - 6 PM
Job Summary:
The Service Porter is responsible for supporting the service department by moving vehicles maintaining a clean and safe work environment and providing excellent customer service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for customers visiting the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and direct them to appropriate service advisors.
Move and park vehicles in designated areas including retrieving vehicles for customers.
Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive shop and customer waiting areas.
Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.
Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle intake and delivery.
Monitor and manage parking lot flow and organization.
Refill vehicles with gas
Dispose of trash and used parts in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
