Overview
Fountain Tire Leduc is looking for a reliable organized and safety-focused Shipping Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to manage our large tire inventory!
If you enjoy working independently keeping things organized and being a go-to person for making sure the right products get to the right place at the right time this role is for you!

Primary responsibilities:
- Receive & Verify Shipments Safely unload incoming tires check against packing slips and stage for storage.
- Organize the Yard & Warehouse Assign locations and keep every tire easy to find neat and safe.
- Prepare Outbound Shipments Get tires ready for delivery or pickup (no freight booking required).
- Assist Sales & Service Teams Pull tires for jobs and load customer vehicles often on short notice.
- Operate a Forklift Safely move tires into their assigned spots (company-paid certification provided)
What are we looking for
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop.
- Positive attitude & ability to work independently.
- Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving experience an asset (tire experience not required).
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy tires.
