Your mission
As an IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer your mission is to ensure the stability efficiency and continuous improvement of BYD Iberias IT systems. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions enabling smooth operations and supporting innovation across the organization.
What youll be doing
- Collect and analyze business and users requirements identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A providing training to key users;
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or higher with fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.
- Highly structured and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results efficiently.
- Proactive and curious mindset driven to explore innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
- Native or professional proficiency in Chinese a strong plus.
