Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with a Windows upgrade project migrating systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This is an onsite role based in Fort Worth TX during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the upgrade of end-user systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- Provide day-to-day IT support related to the upgrade process
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the transition
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding upgrade progress
Qualifications:
- Basic IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems particularly Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar device management tools is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth during standard business hours
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
