Job Description
Job Title: System Engineer
Job Location: Irving TX
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Maintain and set up secure access for endpoints branches and all corporate offices.
- Manage and maintain all network cabling infrastructure including routers switches and other peripheral devices to address client networking requirements remotely.
- Manage on-prem data centers (primary/DR) with P2P connectivity and Azure implementation for new services.
- Inspect LAN/WAN infrastructures and troubleshoot any issues affecting them.
- Diagnose network performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Proactively monitor networks daily to optimize performance.
- Verify services are completed functional and delivered on time.
- Perform complex troubleshooting backup archiving and recovery.
- Create and maintain strong documentation.
- Understand and follow change control processes.
- Communicate network design security and performance issues to non-technical leadership.
