Job Description
- Develop and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions focusing on the financial services sector.
- Design scalable secure and robust Salesforce architectures to address complex business requirements.
- Build and maintain modern user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC); migrate legacy Aura components.
- Develop custom business logic using APEX and VisualForce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Execute data migration and integration tasks utilizing middleware and Salesforce-native tools.
- Automate workflows using Salesforce Flows and custom APEX code.
- Customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for banking and pension clients.
- Design and implement scalable customer onboarding processes with self-service portals and secure data pipelines.
- Manage complex deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs including full and delta deployment strategies.
- Integrate third-party microservices and external platforms (e.g. Genesys Cloud) to ensure seamless data exchange and business continuity.
- Implement and enhance Omni-Channel capabilities to improve service operations and agent productivity.
- Work with technical tools and platforms including Salesforce FSC Azure Portal OmniChannel Service Cloud middleware solutions and CI/CD deployment strategies.
