Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with strong technical expertise in software development and solid business acumen to address RFQs and secure new projects. The role involves collaborating across multiple engineering domains to ensure seamless integration and successful delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hardware software systems engineering validation and manufacturing teams to coordinate release activities.

Ensure seamless integration of all components meeting quality performance and delivery standards.

Develop and maintain release plans schedules and documentation.

Manage dependencies risks and issues related to release activities.

Support pre-sales activities by contributing technical expertise to RFQs and proposals.
Requirements:

8 12 years of experience in release management or related roles in software/hardware delivery.

Strong technical background in software development.

Proven business acumen to address RFQs and contribute to project acquisition.

Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in complex product environments.

Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
