We are searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent while we paint the country orange. If you take consultative approach to full cycle recruiting while delivering a premium candidate experience then we want to hire you!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You collaborate closely with leadership team to understand hiring needs define required key qualities and determine the most effective ways to engage candidates
• You evaluate current workforce to identify skill gaps and develop a strategic hiring plan tailored to hit companys goals timeline and budget
• You build a scalable hiring strategy that aligns with your companys long-term growth - this includes setting clear workforce goals identifying future hiring needs and recommending sourcing methods most likely to yield high-quality candidates
• You help design and implement a candidate engagement strategyfrom resume screening and interview coordination to final selection
• You assist in targeting passive candidatesthose who are currently employed but open to new opportunitiesby leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and tapping into employee referral networks
• You proactively build a strong talent pipeline for future hires

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have at least three (3) years of recruiting experience either in-house or with a staffing agency  

• Education You have a bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Technical Proficiency You are skilled in creating recruiting strategies sourcing high-level talent conducting effective interviews ATS navigation data analysis and   

• Soft Skills You possess effective communication skills self-motivation adaptability problem solving resilience and time management capabilities  

• Commitment to Excellence You are success- oriented and hyper focused on results and continuously improving
• Travel You areflexibleand willingto travel domestically and internationally as needed
