Job Description
Join our team and youll be responsible for designing building and evolving scalable services that power the recruitment process for our clients all within an event-driven architecture and with an openness to exploring and adopting emerging technologies that can enhance our solutions.
As a member of our team you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance backend solutions shape architectural decisions and actively contribute to the evolution of our distributed systems platform. We value curiosity experimentation and a willingness to learn we encourage you to bring forward ideas for new tools frameworks or patterns that could improve performance scalability and developer experience.

Your responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain -based backend services in a distributed event-driven architecture
Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define plan and implement new features
Explore evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools that can improve scalability reliability or developer efficiency
Ensure software quality through code reviews unit/integration testing and continuous delivery practices
Take part in architectural discussions and decisions affecting multiple services and domains
Contribute to improving our engineering culture tools and processes fostering a mindset of continuous learning and innovation
Qualifications :
Proven experience in backend development (C#) including Core
Solid understanding of event-driven architecture messaging patterns and distributed systems (Kafka SQS)
Experience with cloud-native development (preferably in AWS or Azure)
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core
Experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server PostgreSQL)
Good knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
Familiarity with design patterns SOLID principles and clean code practices
Understanding of application security best practices (e.g. OWASP OAuth2 JWT)
Openness to experimenting with new technologies frameworks and approaches to continuously improve our platform
