Strengthen brand visibility in agri-tech space through storytelling media relations and digital presence.
Build a consistent and compelling brand narrative.
Digital & Rural Marketing:
Lead digital campaigns across channels like Google Meta LinkedIn and YouTube.
Design marketing interventions tailored to rural and farming communities (vernacular content on-ground activations etc.).
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate features into customer benefits and go-to-market plans.
Develop product messaging launch strategies and user adoption campaigns.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and external agencies.
Allocate resources define KPIs and review team performance regularly.
Data & Analytics:
Monitor marketing performance metrics generate insights and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer feedback evaluations.
7 12 years of marketing experience preferably in agri-tech SaaS or tech-driven B2B/B2C environments.
Proven success in leading marketing teams and managing end-to-end campaigns.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools marketing automation platforms and rural outreach strategies.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
MBA in Marketing Agri-Business or related fields preferred.
