Job Location: Bedburg
Key Responsability:
Oversee all aspects of the companys tax compliance including corporate income tax VAT and other relevant taxes.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments.
Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
Assist with tax audits and ensure proper documentation and risk management.
Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and maintain tax reports and reconciliations.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
510 years of experience in tax management preferably within a multinational environment or Big Four.
Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in ERP systems e.g. SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English German is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
