Job Description
Our client a leading investment bank is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Scrum Master skills to lead high-impact mobile application delivery projects. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams driving digital innovation for our Ultra High Net Worth clients across the region.
What Youll Do
- Lead and facilitate Agile squads delivering mobile solutions for Private Wealth Management.

Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis gathering requirements preparing user stories defining workflows and recommending process enhancements.
- Manage full project lifecycle from feasibility and documentation through UAT and implementation support.
- Collaborate with Technology Operations and Legal to deliver seamless compliant solutions.
- Champion Agile principles and foster a high-performing collaborative squad culture.
What Were Looking For

8 years experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery.
- Proven track record in mobile application delivery (banking wealth management or financial services preferred).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and tools (Jira Confluence).

Exceptional communication stakeholder management and problem-
solving skills. - Detail-oriented proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
