About the Role:
You will provide chat-based customer support for a leading laptop brand in the US focusing on B2C (Business to Consumer) interactions. This position involves handling customer chats exclusively according to company guidelines and working towards performance and sales targets.
Handle customer chats professionally following company guidelines
Manage inquiries and provide accurate information in English
Work towards achieving performance and sales KPIs
Maintain high-quality customer service in a fast-paced chat environment
Graduates or dropouts only can apply
Fluent in English at C1 level or higher
Ability to work onsite at 5th Settlement New Cairo
Flexible to work rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
Excellent typing speed for chat-based communication
Previous experience in customer service or sales is required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to follow company policies and performance goals
