- Administer day-to-day HR operations including employee records management HRIS updates and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings CV screening interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies procedures and employment legislation.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives including tracking attendance and evaluating outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role preferably as an HR Specialist HR Generalist or similar.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Language skills: German (native) English (fluent).
