Job Description

The HR Business Partner works in concert with business partners to advance our people and organization strategy across the company. This role will have responsibility for end-to-end HR activity within his/her client group.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver on people & organization strategy within client groups and develop solutions to issues that emerge from the business.
  • Act as a trusted business partner with clients by providing coaching counsel and perspective on business team and people matters.
  • Own and execute on core HR processes within client groups communicating with and supporting managers and team members to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
  • Act as an owner of the end-to-end talent acquisition process with the end goal of filling all open and approved requisition in accordance with defined standards.
  • Develop and deliver on talent management plans with the end goal of having the right people with the right skills in the right roles.
  • Execute on strategies that improve talent attraction talent management & talent development
  • Develop implement solutions based on employee engagement survey data that shapes the culture consistent with the companys aspiration.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by managing end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Manage all elements of compensation practices within client group in accordance with company standards. Make recommendations for salary offers compensation adjustments and promotions.
  • Utilize HRIS system to assist with reporting on various workforce data.
  • Manage the employee off-boarding process including conducting exit interviews explaining payroll/benefits implications facilitating return of company assets and property and IT changes.
  • Manage the claims and leave management process ensuring the timely and accurate processing of claims/leave from start to finish including  return to work  planning.
  • Interpret and administer company policies while acting as a resource to both managers and team members by offering support and guidance regarding company policies and practices.
  • Conduct workplace investigations in accordance with company protocol.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives as needed by providing project management and administrative support coordination and planning efforts.
  • Act as a liaison between employees people managers and payroll to rectify pay-related concerns and make recommendations for process  enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of HR.

Le ou la Partenaire daffaires Ressources humaines (HRBP) collabore troitement avec les partenaires daffaires pour faire progresser la stratgie en matire de talents et dorganisation lchelle de lentreprise. Ce rle est responsable de lensemble des activits RH pour son groupe client.

OBJECTIFS ET RESPONSABILITS PRINCIPAUX

  • Mettre en uvre la stratgie organisationnelle et en matire de talents au sein des groupes clients et dvelopper des solutions aux enjeux identifis dans lentreprise.
  • Agir comme conseiller(re) de confiance auprs des clients en offrant du coaching des conseils et des perspectives sur les enjeux lis aux affaires aux quipes et aux talents.
  • Grer et excuter les processus RH cls pour les groupes clients en soutenant les gestionnaires et les employs afin dassurer des rsultats efficaces et en temps opportun.
  • tre responsable de lensemble du processus dacquisition de talents afin de pourvoir les postes approuvs selon les standards dfinis.
  • laborer et mettre en uvre des plans de gestion des talents afin davoir les bonnes personnes aux bons postes avec les bonnes comptences.
  • Mettre en uvre des stratgies visant amliorer lattraction la gestion et le dveloppement des talents.
  • Proposer et dployer des initiatives en lien avec les rsultats des enqutes dengagement afin de favoriser une culture organisationnelle aligne sur les aspirations de lentreprise.
  • Assurer une exprience employ positive notamment travers la gestion complte du processus daccueil et dintgration.
  • Grer tous les aspects des pratiques de rmunration pour le groupe client en conformit avec les normes de lentreprise. Fournir des recommandations concernant les offres salariales les ajustements et les promotions.
  • Utiliser le systme RH (SIRH) pour gnrer des rapports sur diffrentes donnes de la main-duvre.
  • Grer le processus de dpart des employs incluant les entrevues de dpart les implications lies la paie/aux avantages sociaux le retour des biens de lentreprise et les changements lis aux TI.
  • Superviser le processus de gestion des rclamations et des congs (maladie maternit invalidit etc.) y compris la planification du retour au travail.
  • Interprter et appliquer les politiques de lentreprise tout en agissant comme ressource auprs des gestionnaires et employs en matire de pratiques et politiques internes.
  • Mener des enqutes en milieu de travail conformment aux protocoles de lentreprise.
  • Participer des projets transversaux ou initiatives daffaires en apportant un soutien en gestion de projet coordination et planification.
  • Servir dintermdiaire entre les employs les gestionnaires et la paie pour rsoudre les enjeux lis la rmunration et proposer des amliorations aux processus.
  • Favoriser lamlioration continue dans tous les volets RH.

Qualifications :

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in HR business or a related discipline required.
  • CHRP Required.
  • 5 years experience in Human Resources with exposure to a cross-section of HR activity required.
  • Experience and proficiency with HRIS or HCM related systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various Provincial Legislation (Employment Standards Human Rights Occupational Health & Safety WSIB WCB etc.)
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel PowerPoint Teams)
  • Manufacturing or related industry experience preferred.

EXIGENCES FORMATION ET EXPRIENCE

  • Baccalaurat en ressources humaines administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe requis.
  • Dtention du titre CRHA ou CRIA obligatoire.
  • Minimum de 5 ans dexprience en ressources humaines avec une exposition varie aux diffrentes sphres RH.
  • Exprience avec un SIRH ou un systme de gestion du capital humain (HCM).
  • Bonne connaissance des lois provinciales applicables (normes du travail droits de la personne sant et scurit au travail CNESST etc.).
  • Matrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel PowerPoint Teams).
  • Une exprience dans le secteur manufacturier ou un domaine similaire est un atout.
